Mr Porter Present Exclusive Tuxedo from Brioni

'Tis the season of parties and occasions as everyone gears up for the Christmas period, which by the arrival of Xmas crackers in our supermarkets and the lighting of festive lights appears to have already arrived. Today's menswear news however is all about the brand new Brioni tuxedo exclusive to Mr Porter.

This mighty fine wool tuxedo in a highly favoured midnight-blue features grosgrain-trimmed peaked lapels [that ribbed texture], full lining and double vents. That full tuxedo - jacket and trousers - is available for £3,685. Mr Porter Launches the New iPhone Shopping App

Mr Porter have recently re-launched their Shopping App for the iPhone and naturally we thought we'd give it a go. As far as shopping goes, even an online purchase can be a stretch for some people - the "hassle", the confusion, not knowing what a garment properly looks and feels like - it can be frustrating. 

However for all of you iPhone users, this might just be the next big thing - we do of course presume that you're somewhat tech-savvy for owning such a device in the first place. Either way the new Mr Porter shopping app is really straightforward with an easy-to-navigate shop and even their trusty Style Help outlet featuring the usual "Essentials", "Stylepedia", "Video Manuals" and more. 

On to the shopping now and we decided that it would be good form to buy for the season - hence the Hunter wellies [left] and London Undercover brolly [below]. J Crew do superb sweats and of course we wanted in on some of that Camo action so we opted for Jack Purcell Converse sneakers. Just think - on Monday morning you get a last minute appointment for Tuesday first thing, you could hit the app before 10am on your commute and get yourself a brand new suit in the nick of time.
